[01-00093-EN] How to deal with error message 1035 (I-mark not found) error[01-00093-EN]

When there is an error with the product, the error message appears on the screen.

Tap the error number button to show the details screen.

Check the cause and countermeasure, and then take appropriate action.

 

To clear the error:

Open and close the top cover or tap [CLEAR].

 

Cause

1) Loading media.

2) A label is attached to the media sensor.

3) The media sensor type is incorrect.

4) The media sensor level is incorrect.

 

Countermeasure

1) Load the media correctly.

2) Clean the media sensor.

3) Set the media sensor type which is compatible with the media you use.

4) Adjust the media sensor level.
